1. Introduction
Welcome to Jamie Oliver Limited ("we," "our," or "us") Benwell House, 15 - 21 Benwell Road, London, UK. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our e-commerce website [www.jamieoliver.com] ("Website") and the purchase of products ("Products") offered through the Website. By purchasing Products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products

2.1 Product Descriptions
Description and images are illustrative and the actual product provided may vary according to availability and supply. Colours may vary slightly according to the viewer's screen.

2.2 Allergens
Some products contain allergens such as nuts, egg, milk and gluten, please see the Product description pages and read the labels on packaging for ingredients and allergy information.
All of our chocolate products are made in one environment and contain traces of dairy, gluten, egg, nuts, sesame seeds, soya and sulphites. Raw ingredients from our suppliers may also contain traces of peanut.

2.3 Your rights
As a customer, you are entitled to certain legal rights regarding any Products you purchase from us. These Terms and Conditions do not alter or impact those legal rights in any way.
2.4 Changes in specification
Occasionally, the product specifications may change. We strive to ensure that the products we offer meet the highest standards. However, product specifications may occasionally change due to factors beyond our control. In the event of such changes, we reserve the right to modify the product specifications without prior notice. If this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you and offer a substitute of equal or better quality at the same price. If the replacement doesn't meet your expectations, we will provide a refund for the original item that is no longer available.
2.5 Shelf Life
We endeavour to provide a reasonable shelf life remaining at the time of delivery. However, please note that specific shelf life durations may vary depending on the product. Each product page on our website will include best before consumption dates for that product.
3. Orders
By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the Products selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
3.1 Ordering
UK Delivery Only - We currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Age Requirement - You must be over 18 years of age to place an order on our Website.
Payment - You must use a valid credit or debit card that is authorised for use and has sufficient funds to complete the transaction. We accept the following payment methods via Stripe: Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Revolut Pay.
Order Details - Please review your order and delivery address details carefully before finalising your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified.
Order Acceptance Exceptions - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Payment authorisation issues
- We cannot verify your age (where the product is age restricted)
- Stock availability problems
- Errors in the product listing or pricing
When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.
3.2 Order Confirmation
- After placing your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been placed. This email (“Order Confirmation”) constitutes acceptance of your order. This is a legally binding contract for purchase of the Products between you and us ('Your Contract') and we will then ship these Products to you.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices on the Website are listed in Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
- Prices exclude delivery costs, unless free delivery is specifically indicated.
4.2 Payment Methods
- We accept the following payment methods via Stripe: Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay. Payment is required at the time of placing an order. Your order will not be processed until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are not included in product prices and may vary depending on Products ordered unless free delivery is specifically indicated. The checkout stage will confirm the applicable delivery cost.
- UK delivery only and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping costs may vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected.
5.2 Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these delivery times, we cannot guarantee them.
- Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as public holidays, and natural events. We are not responsible for the late delivery of any products due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses or any other causes beyond our reasonable control
- Due to multiple fulfilment centres you may receive your order in separate deliveries.
- Re-delivery - If the recipient is not present to receive a parcel, the carrier will leave a card with contact details so that re-delivery or collection can be arranged at a convenient time. If the carrier doesn’t receive a response to the card, they will return the gift to us after 4-5 working days or may try to redeliver. Our carrier will notify us of any parcels that are not delivered, so that we can try to resolve the issue before the parcel is returned.

Hampers
We use FedEx to deliver our hampers to UK Mainland, and Royal Mail for the UK Islands and Highlands.

Next Day Delivery £10.00
Orders placed before 1pm Mon to Fri will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on a Monday (excluding bank holidays). Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.
In time for Christmas Delivery £8.00
Typically, we will deliver between the 9th and 13th December.

Standard Delivery £15.00
Delivered within 5 and 7 working days of receiving your order confirmation.

5.3 Risk of Loss
- Title in respect of the Products will pass to you when the Products have been paid for in full.
- Risk in the Products will pass to you on them being delivered to the address specified by you when you placed your order.
- No claim for damage to, or deterioration of, the Products after the delivery has been properly made.
- no liability (including, but not limited to, issuing you with a refund or replacement Products) for failure to deliver where incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or if you fail to collect the order when made reasonably available to you.
6. Returns and Right to Cancel
6.1 Right to Cancel
You may cancel the purchase at any time up to 14 days after delivery unless the goods are exempt from cancellation (see below). If you choose to cancel, please contact us, preferably by sending an email to help@jamieoliver.com) or using the cancellation form below. If you cancel your purchase, you must arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us at the address given. You must do this within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.
If you cancel your order and return the goods as described above, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including the original delivery charge, provided the goods are returned unused and in their original condition. Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them; if any handling has reduced their value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
Please note that return shipping is charged at a standard rate of £5.00, which will be deducted from your refund once the product is received in original, unused condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If you cancel and return the goods as described above, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery charge, on the condition that you have not used the goods or otherwise handled them so that their value is reduced. We will inspect your returned order and if you have handled the goods so as to reduce their value, we may deduct an amount from the refund that is proportionate to this reduction. Refunds are provided within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
You have the right to receive a refund for goods cancelled in accordance with the above terms. However, if you would prefer to receive alternative equivalent goods from us, or a credit note, please let us know and we can consider appropriate options.
- Certain products, including the Christmas Hamper and Hill St. x Jamie Oliver chocolates, are exempt from the right to cancel and return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These items include, but are not limited to: perishable goods such as fresh food, or food with limited shelf life, personalised or custom made products, sealed goods where Products have been unsealed after delivery. For these products orders cannot be cancelled or returned however if there is a quality issue a refund may be given. Please send a description of the issue and a photograph to help@jamieoliver.com.
If a product is faulty or not as described contact help@jamieoliver.com for details of how to return. We will cover the costs of return and the original delivery costs for genuine cases.
6.3 How to Return
HAMPERS AND FOOD PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@jamieoliver.com within 14 days of delivery.
- We will provide you with details on how to make your return and instructions on how to send back the Products.
6.4 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned Products, we will process your refund within 14 days after the delivery of the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6.5 Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is charged at a standard rate of £5.00, which will be deducted from your refund once the product is received in its original, unused condition.
7. Warranty and Disclaimers

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
- Except as expressly provided, the Products are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of Products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the purchase of Products shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.
9. Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued purchase of Products following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
