Packed with flavour and spice, this super-easy traybake also contains three of your 5-a-day. Simply whack it all together then leave the oven to do the hard work.

After a quick sizzle on the hob, transfer to the oven and let it do all the hard work. The chicken will go tender and juicy, while onion marmalade adds a sweet, sticky flavour that’ll have you reaching for seconds. We’ve gone down the even easier route of using jalfrezi curry paste for the spice to really make this a one-tray wonder.

Not only does this dish look like a work of art, it tastes incredible, too. Combining fresh, Mediterranean flavours, expect bursts of pesto and tapenade among rice and summer veg in this wonderful one-pan recipe. You can easily swap the veg for whatever is in season, just very finely slice it so it cooks to perfection under the grill.

Once you’ve made this once you’ll make it time and time again. It’s the fresh, simple ingredients and ease of one-pan, oven cooking that’ll do that to you! This salmon recipe uses flavours from the Mediterranean like olives, basil, lemon and cherry tomatoes that are simply divine. Served with a fiery mustard and yoghurt dressing, this traybake will become an oven-baked dinner staple.

Tuna pasta bake will always be a firm family favourite. Flaky tuna, penne pasta, basil and a simple tomato sauce topped with a layer of melted cheese – Kerryann Dunlop shows how you can easily feed a family of six by throwing these humble ingredients together.

Six ingredients are all you need to make this absolutely delicious one-pan veggie traybake. This isn’t your average quiche, as it’s made using puff pastry instead of the traditional shortcrust, plus you can make it your own by swapping out the broccoli and courgette for your favourite vegetables, or whatever you already have to hand. Prepped in 5 minutes and ready in 40, it couldn’t be easier to get on the table.

CREAMY FISH PIE

What could be better than a bubbling, hearty fish pie for a midweek dinner? Here, Donal Skehan brings together tasty chunks of smoked fish and creamy sauce, topped with crisp, cheesy potatoes and crunchy breadcrumbs. Delicious!

Ditch the readymade sort and make your own barbecued baked beans instead. DJ BBQ is here to show you how. Served up with Vitamin C-rich sweet potatoes, cheesy croutons and a drizzle of yoghurt, this is a great meat-free meal for the whole family.

The smokey, peppery flavour of harissa goes so well with cauliflower, so if you’re a fan of spice then you’ve got to give this a try. Cook with sweet peppers and juicy tomatoes so all the veg soaks up the fabulous flavours and serve alongside fluffy couscous with a generous dollop of mint yoghurt on top for added freshness.
