Jamie's quick and healthy smoky pancetta cod

Jamie's quick, easy and healthy recipe for Smoky pancetta cod is a brilliant little dish, that works really hard for you. Full of flavour and goodness, it takes just 16 minutes to make – with only five ingredients. Winner!

Beautiful green mash, seasoned with mint leaves and extra virgin olive oil, is the ideal base for flash-fried scallops and crumbled black pudding. Ready in just 18 minutes – bonus!

This chicken soup is chock full of goodness and flavour, and it's super-filling too. The chicken is the star ingredient here, so use the best quality you can get your hands on.

This cheat’s vegan mac and cheese is just like the real thing – it’s proper comfort food. Using organic soya milk and dairy-free margarine, it’s rich, oozy and so easy!

Brilliantly simple, this creamy cauliflower dhal has a base of coconut milk, spiced with dried chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Finish with a scattering of fried shallot rings for a bit of crunch.

This recipe is incredibly versatile – use whichever fish you like (as long as it’s sustainable) and add any herbs to the crumb. It doesn’t matter if your bread is a bit stale, it’ll still work fine. You can also use four smashed-up cream crackers instead of the bread.

A totally delicious combo of seared tuna, gorgeous miso and sesame that’s gluten-free, too. It’s a fresh, filling and tasty winner.
