Añejo highball cocktail: Simone Caporale

Simone Caporale and Food Tube's John Quilter headed 100 feet up in the air with London In The Sky to make this delicious cocktail - the Añejo Highball. As the platform hovered terrifyingly high above London's Canary Wharf, Simone combined Bacardi 8 Year Old rum with orange liqueur, fresh lime, ginger beer and Angostura bitters.
