Alaura borealis: DJ BBQ

This was a lovely request from Laura on Twitter, looking for a Northern Lights-inspired cocktail for her wedding next year. Rich has created this - the Alaura Borealis - with Grey Goose Le Poire vodka, St Germain elderflower liqueur, prosecco, cloudy apple and lemon juice. The cucumber swirls for garnish help to complete the Aurora Borealis illusion. Created in partnership with Bacardi.
