Amalfi summer spritz: Gennaro Contaldo

We've received a couple of requests for a cocktail inspired by Italy's beautiful Amalfi. With two of the world's finest Italians making cocktails for us today, we thought this was the perfect suggestion! This is Simone and Gennaro's Amalfi Summer Spritz, a wonderfully refreshing combination of Martini prosecco, Amalfi limoncello, fresh orange and (of course!) Amalfi lemon.
