We give you the Cherry Bakewell cocktail. We asked two Americans - DJ BBQ and top bartender Steve Schneider from Employees Only bar in New York - to recreate this classic English treat in drink form. Steve combines Bombay Sapphire gin, Maraschino liqueur, orgeat (almond) syrup, lime juice and an egg white. Garnish with a cherry and there you go - a drinkable Cherry Bakewell.
