Cherry & pomegranate frozen bellini: Karis Layne

We've taken the idea of the classic peach-based bellini and given it more than one twist! In this video Karis will show you how to make some delicious cherry and pomegranate ice lollies, before giving them an alcoholic, adult flavour by adding a lolly to glass of freshly poured prosecco. It's a dessert drink with a difference! If you don't want to include the prosecco, the lollies taste amazing just on their own.
