Food Tuber Donal Skehan joined Simone to answer another of your cocktail requests - this time for the lovely people looking for a HOT cocktail. The 'Crazy Cactus Coffee' cocktail is where Ireland meets Mexico. It's built in a cafetiere for five people, with Martini Rosso vermouth, Cazadores tequila, ground coffee and the spices of nutmeg, star anise and cinnamon. Created in partnership with Bacardi.

Stir to infuse before straining, serving and top up each glass with double cream. It's a decadent, spicy, warming drink with almost Christmassy flavours - perfect for a colder evening!
