Pavlova daiquiri cocktail for Australia Day: SimpleCookingChannel

G'day folks! We've teamed up with Jason from YouTube's SimpleCookingChannel to make this cocktail on Sydney's Manly Beach in celebration of Australia Day. The Pavlova Daiquiri puts an Australia-inspired twist on the classic Daiquiri cocktail, featuring the flavours of a fruity pavlova - one of Australia's favourite desserts! Created in partnership with Bacardi.

The pavlova is rumoured to have been invented in Australia, though some say it was New Zealand. We don't know about that - but we do know that this is a delicious cocktail!
