Quincy martini: Rich Hunt

Reminiscent of the flavour of quince jelly, this cocktail combines Noilly Prat dry vermouth, Bombay Sapphire gin, dry white chocolate liqueur and a homemade raspberry leaf and nutmeg syrup.
