The Rhubarbarone cocktail is a Simone Caporale creation, inspired by a tweet from SORTED Food's Ben Ebbrell. It's a deliciously English mix of Bombay Sapphire gin, apple juice, rhubarb juice, a squeeze of lemon, sugar syrup and a dash of orange bitters. It's a truly brilliant cocktail.
