Treacle cocktail: Jamie Oliver, DJ BBQ & Simone Caporale

The Treacle is a cocktail that pairs perfectly with barbecued pork ribs (but it's also great on its own!). It's a tasty combination of Bacardi 8 Year Old dark rum, cloudy apple juice, sugar syrup and a dash of aromatic bitters to bring it all together. Garnish with an apple fan and you're done.
