Ultimate bacon sandwich: Food Busker

This is a paid AD. John Quilter's nipped over the Irish Sea to Northern Ireland to hunt down some of Fermanagh's famous black bacon for his ultimate bacon sandwich. Toasted sourdough bread and crispy bacon topped with a delicious home-made brown sauce.
