Michela’s beef, plum & cauliflower

makes 350g
Ingredients
1 red plum
100g cauliflower florets
100g quality minced beef
Method
- Halve the plum and discard the stone, roughly chop the cauliflower, then place into a steamer along with the beef and steam until cooked through. Remove from the heat, then either blend to a purée, pulse, mash and/or finely chop depending on the stage your little one is at (for more information on stages of complementary feeding, click here). If it’s a bit too thick, add a little water to loosen, then serve.
- Tricks & tips:Freeze any leftovers in ice-cube trays for another day.
