Ingredients

60ml fresh (or from a carton) blood orange juice

Prosecco

1 blood orange

Method

A simple twist on that party classic – blood orange gives it a fantastic colour and deeper flavour

  1. Pour the blood orange juice into a small tumbler.
  2. Top up with chilled Prosecco.
  3. Peel 1 strip of peel from the orange using a speed-peeler, then twist into a curl.
  4. Garnish with the orange peel and serve.
