25ml Dewar’s white label whisky
1 lemon
angostura bitters
ginger ale
Method
This simple but gorgeous whisky cocktail will warm you from the moment it hits your lips.
- Pour the whisky over cracked ice in a tumbler.
- Add a spiral of lemon peel, dash of bitters and top up with ginger ale, to serve.
