Ingredients

35ml Bacardi Carta Blanco

15ml Maraschino liqueur

25ml pineapple juice

A slice of pineapple, to serve

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker combine the Bacardi, maraschino and pineapple juice with ice.
  2. Shake, strain into a glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.
