Ingredients

10–15ml lime juice, plus ½ lime, to garnish

50ml Bacardi Carta Negra rum

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

100ml ginger beer

A sprig of mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice, squeeze in the lime juice and add the rum, bitters and ginger beer, then stir.
  2. Garnish with the lime and mint.
