50ml Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum
25ml clementine juice
1 tsp maple syrup
cinnamon stick, to garnish
Method
A twist on a classic daiquiri – the mix of zingy clementines and maple syrup is incredible
- Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then strain into a cocktail glass. Crumble over the cinnamon stick to garnish.
