Ingredients

15ml Clementine juice, plus a little extra

ground cinnamon

50ml Cognac

30ml Martini Bianco

Method

  1. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with the extra clementine juice.
  2. Sprinkle some cinnamon onto a plate, invert the glass, dip the rim in the spice, then set aside.
  3. Shake all the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into the glass.
