SMOKY SWEET

½ tablespoon sweet smoked paprika

A pinch of cayenne pepper

3 tablespoons sea salt

GREEN ONION

1 tablespoon chopped chives

½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

½ tablespoon lemon zest

3 tablespoons sea salt

ORIENTAL

½ tablespoon togarashi seasoning

1 tablespoon black or white sesame seeds, toasted

3 tablespoons sea salt

Top Tip

Togarashi is a Japanese spice blend which you'll find in select Asian groceries; sweet smoked paprika is sold in Spanish or Hungarian delis. In the UK, you can also buy both ingredients at thespiceshop.co.uk.
