Ingredients
½ a large eating apple
60g porridge oats
400ml milk
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Finger food: Peel and slice a banana into fingers
Method
- Peel, core and finely grate the apple.
- Place all the ingredients in a non-stick pan over a medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until thick and creamy, stirring regularly.
