½ clove of garlic
50g basil, leaves picked and
chopped, plus extra to garnish
25g pine nuts
25g parmesan, grated
olive oil
½ batch of pizza dough
Semolina flour, for dusting
2 balls of buffalo mozzarella (250g)
A large handful of pea shoots
60g fresh peas, blanched and refreshed
½ lemon
