Ingredients

peeled cooked prawns, from sustainable sources, ask your fishmonger

Marie Rose sauce

lettuce

lemon juice

extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Add some peeled cooked prawns to a bowl of Marie Rose sauce and stir gently until coated.
  2. Click off the leaves of a round lettuce then wash and spin dry them.
  3. Spoon a few of the prawns into the middle of a lettuce leaf, squeeze over a little lemon juice and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and you’ve got a wonderful mouthful of prawn cocktail!
