Ingredients

100ml chai tea

50ml cognac

1 tbsp honey

1 gingerbread biscuit, to serve

Method

Two lovely wintery things come together – tea and brandy – to make a great warming cocktail

  1. Put the chai, cognac and honey in a pan, then heat gently. Take off the heat and leave for a minute to infuse.
  2. Pour into a handled coffee glass, then serve with the gingerbread biscuit on the side.
