500ml organic chicken stock
olive oil
350g plain flour, plus extra
200g leftover cooked free-range chicken
125g mozzarella cheese
2 ripe tomatoes
½ a bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
4 spring onions
2 limes
3 ripe avocados
chilli sauce
vegetable oil, for frying
150ml fine breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
1 large free-range egg
100ml milk
