Ingredients

240g feta cheese

120g jarred red peppers (drained weight)

3 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. In a food processor combine the feta, red peppers and oil.
  2. Season with black pepper and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, then serve.
