Beef rib Bourguignon

Tender beef rib, cooked low and slow with red wine, bacon and baby onions. Inspired by Jamie’s sumptuous beef Bourguignon from Together, which is based on the one he enjoyed on his travels in France, this dish hits all those lovely savoury notes, while being ready in a fraction of the time. Five-hour flavour in just 15 minutes.

Perfect served with fluffy mash, baby spinach and fresh parsley to finish.

Keep frozen at -18° or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Recycle at home! You can recycle the outer sleeve and the inner tray by simply scraping off any remaining food. Please do not recycle the film lid.
