Mighty moussaka

Beautifully soft lamb is cooked in a herby tomato sauce, then layered with baked aubergine, potato, creamy béchamel and a halloumi cheese crumb. This hearty Mediterranean dish is inspired by the Mighty Greek Moussaka Jamie made in Comfort Food, and is gently spiced with paprika, cinnamon and oregano to give you those signature flavours of the Med. A glass of something crisp and chilled finishes it off in style!

Simply serve with a green salad, or lemon-dressed bulgur wheat.

Keep frozen at -18° or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Recycle at home! You can recycle the outer sleeve and the inner tray by simply scraping off any remaining food. Please do not recycle the film lid.
