Method
Lightly toast fingers of cornbread in a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat or in an air fryer at 190°C for 8 minutes, turning until golden on all sides.
Serve with soft-boiled free-range eggs for dunking. I like to add a rasher or two of higher-welfare smoked streaky bacon to the pan (or the air fryer for the last 5 minutes) for extra flavour.
